Schedules:      Various part-time shifts M-F between 1:00pm and 6:30pm, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month

Pay Ranges:    English only $12.70/hour

Job Summary:

Performs the following types of duties:  Handles phone interactions; processes orders, new member applications, renewals; upsells products and promotions; answers questions about compensation plan, products, business programs/promotions;  assists customers with order tracking and returns; school and event registrations; also maintains an acceptable level of productivity and customer service; must have knowledge of all customer support systems; helps answer questions for order sales and customer service reps; performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Knowledge:  Complete understanding of order entry. Basic knowledge of Direct-Sales marketing.

Skill:  Type 30 wpm, 10 key. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills.

Ability to communicate well with others.  Able to respond to a broad range of customer questions and to promote products.  Able to perform duties with minimum supervision.  Able to meet high productivity levels and receive excellent phone monitoring evaluations

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

High school graduate or GED. Experience in call center preferred.
