Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday

GENERAL SUMMARY

Performs the following types of duties: answers phone calls dealing with product questions, bonus plan, bonus problems, shipping problems, passport program, conventions, special promotions, company stock, and other customer service-related questions; responds to faxes and e-mails; solves customer service problems; provides distributors with tracking numbers, RMA numbers, and other updated information; performs data entry including applications, orders, autoships, membership and autoship cancellations, and autoship changes; performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Knowledge: General knowledge of Synergy marketing plan, policies, products, and Brookline system.

Skill: Typing skills, good phone manners, and customer service skills.

Ability to associate and cooperate with people, communicate with customers in a polite, professional manner, answer a wide range of customer service-related questions, and ability to solve problems.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Four years of high school plus one or more years experience in network marketing customer service.
