Location: Synergy Worldwide Office, Pleasant Grove

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Job Summary:

Performs the following types of duties: answers phone calls dealing with product questions, bonus plan, bonus problems, shipping problems, conventions, special promotions, and other customer service-related questions; responds to faxes and e-mails; solves customer service problems; provides distributors with tracking numbers, RMA numbers, and other updated information; performs data entry including applications, orders, autoships, membership and autoship cancellations, and autoship changes; performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Knowledge: General knowledge of Synergy marketing plan, policies, products, and Brookline system.

Skill: Type 40 wpm, 10-key, basic PC skills (Microsoft applications). Good phone manners, customer service and organizational skills.

Ability to associate and cooperate with people, communicate with customers in a polite, professional manner, answer a wide range of customer service-related questions, and ability to solve problems.

Experience/Education

Four years of high school plus one or more years' experience in network marketing customer service.
